All content—including journal layouts, prompts, text, graphics, and digital files—is the property of Deliberate Digital and is protected by international copyright laws.

• Personal Use License: Your purchase grants you a single, non-transferable license for personal use only.

• Commercial & Educational Use: Use in classrooms, coaching practices, or corporate settings requires explicit written permission. Requests can be sent to jade@deliberatedigital.com.

• Social Sharing: We love seeing your progress! You may share images of our products on social media for entertainment purposes. While tagging us is appreciated, it is not legally required.

• Prohibited Acts: You may not resell, redistribute, sub-license, or share our files to any other person(s). Piracy, including the unauthorized distribution of our files on any scale, is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

2. Payments, Privacy, and Product Availability

• Secure Transactions: Payments are processed via Wix, Apple/ Google Pay, or PayPal. We do not store your full payment information locally and will never sell your data to third parties.

• Pricing: We reserve the right to change prices or discontinue products without notice. At our sole discretion, we may fulfill requests for archived products, but we are not legally obligated to do so.

• Future Offerings: These Terms apply to all new features, tools, or products added to the store in the future.

3. Digital Products & Refund Policy

• No Refunds: Due to the instant nature of digital content, all sales are final once the download link is generated or delivered.

• "As-Is" Warranty: We provide products "as-is" without express or implied warranties regarding specific life results or fitness for a particular purpose.

• Technical Responsibility: We guarantee a working file. We are not responsible for user-end issues, including device incompatibility, insufficient storage, or third-party app failures.

4. User Conduct & Team Protection

We are committed to a supportive environment. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access/accounts immediately for:

• Violation of intellectual property or piracy.

• Fraudulent payment activity or attempted scams.

• Zero Tolerance for Abuse: Harassment, hate speech, or abusive behavior toward any member of our team (Jade, Mara, Jonah, Brooke, Theo, or Jotter Otter) or our community via blog comments, email, or social media will result in an immediate and permanent ban.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Deliberate Digital and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of data or dissatisfaction with organizational results) arising from your use of our products.

6. International Compliance

• Privacy: We comply with GDPR/UK GDPR for users in the EU, UK, and Ireland.

• Taxes: International users are responsible for all local digital taxes or VAT.

• Sanctions: We do not knowingly sell to jurisdictions currently under US trade sanctions.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Colorado, rather than in court, except for eligible small claims matters.
