• Global Access: All products are delivered as instant downloads regardless of your location.

• International Considerations: Please be aware that local internet service providers or regional firewalls can occasionally slow down large file downloads. Additionally, prices are displayed in your currency, and your bank may charge a small conversion fee.

3. Fulfillment Platforms

• Wix Orders: These are delivered through our primary site infrastructure.

• Amazon & Etsy: If you purchase through these marketplaces, your files are delivered via their specific digital delivery tools. Please check your account "Purchases" section on those platforms to find your files.

4. Technical Disruptions & Solutions

• Potential Delays: During peak traffic or global server outages, link generation may be delayed. We will post updates on our socials if a known platform issue is occurring.

• The "Pending" Solution: If your download link remains "Pending" or broken for more than 2 business days, contact us. We will investigate the transaction and manually resend the file once the payment is verified.

5. Non-Delivery & Resolutions

If your digital "package" never arrives, we want to fix it.

• Proof of Non-Delivery: To help us help you, we require a confirmation that you have checked all folders and a copy of your invoice or proof of payment. We allow up to 15 days from the purchase date to claim a non-delivery.

• Our Solution: Once we verify the order hasn't been successfully accessed, we will provide a one-time replacement link or email the file directly to you.

Please double-check your email address! Because digital products are delivered instantly and are permanent in nature, we cannot offer refunds or redirects if you provide an incorrect or mistyped email address at checkout.
